When Roofing Supply Group needed to build contractor loyalty and drive measurable revenue growth across 83 locations in 24 states, they asked BLP if we had any ideas. We had a couple. BLP conceived and executed ‘Hunt with Ted’ — a fully integrated, dual-track loyalty program built around two Texas legends: the iconic YO Ranch and rock-and-roll icon Ted Nugent. Contractors earned entries with every purchase. Store employees were incentivized to drive sign-ups. BLP designed, produced, and managed every element — custom standees, branded merch, direct mail, in-store collateral, employee incentives, and monthly performance tracking across all 83 locations.
The result: a 19.7% increase in same-store sales during the campaign period — in a wholesale distribution environment where single-digit growth is considered strong.
