In-House Fulfillment
Our fulfillment center
Everything we warehouse, kit, and store for a client ships from one building: our 25,000 square foot facility in Garland, Texas, run by our own team. Company store orders, uniform reorders, onboarding kits, awards shipments. Same company, same owners, since 1999.
In-house fulfillment matters to a procurement team for one reason. When something goes wrong with an order, the person who can fix it works for the company you signed the contract with.
One Accountable Partner
Fulfilled from our warehouse.
Not a third party’s.
BLP runs its fulfillment operation in house, with its own team. There is no third-party logistics provider between us and your employees, and no outside warehouse holding your inventory. One partner owns the program from purchase order to doorstep. Some decorated orders ship directly from the supplier that produced them; everything we hold, kit, or store for you ships from Garland.

The practical difference shows up on the bad days. When you call about an order, we look it up in our own system and answer you. We are not opening a ticket with a vendor and waiting for them to call us back.
The building sits at our Garland headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, which the City of Dallas describes as within 48 hours by truck of every major North American market. The same floor runs our online company stores, employee uniform programs, and custom packaging and kitting.
Our Team
Who works in this building
Bob Lilly Promotions has operated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 1999 under the same ownership. Fulfillment is one of our own departments, not a contractor and not a seasonal crew brought in for peak.

That is the part that is hard to copy. A logistics vendor can rent square footage. It takes longer to build a team that knows your program: which items ship together, which sizes run small, and which programs cannot miss a date.
Inside The Building
What in-house fulfillment actually covers
All four of these happen in the Garland building, handled by our own team. Nothing on this list is handed to a subcontractor.

Pick and pack
In-stock program items are picked, packed, and shipped from our own inventory, with no production lead time and no order minimums on stocked goods.

Kitting and assembly
Onboarding kits, event kits, recognition packages, and multi-item gift sets are assembled on site rather than farmed out. Related: custom packaging and kitting.

Inventory management
We hold, count, and report on client-owned and program inventory, with reporting by item, location, and period. Related: online company stores.

Returns and replacements
Wrong size, damaged in transit, or a new hire who never received a kit: handled by the same team that shipped it.

Shipping and carriers
Direct carrier accounts with UPS, FedEx and USPS. UPS carries the large majority of BLP shipments and USPS handles most of the rest. The current carrier mix and its measurement window are in the table below.
International shipping is available. BLP has shipped outside the United States for many client programs. Destination eligibility, product restrictions, duties, taxes, and delivery terms are set per program.

Definitions And Windows
How we measure it
Numbers on a vendor’s website are only useful if you know what they mean. Every figure below states its definition and the period it was measured over.
| Metric | What it measures | How it is defined | Measurement window |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order and pick accuracy: 99.8% | Orders shipped without a fulfillment error | Accurate orders divided by total orders, from the warehouse order log | Full-year 2025 and 2026 year to date |
| Fulfillment error rate: Approximately 0.2% | Orders requiring correction after shipping | Errors divided by total orders, same log | Full-year 2025 and 2026 year to date |
| Peak single-day volume: 256 orders, July 7, 2026* | Highest number of orders shipped in one day | Orders marked shipped in ShipStation on a single calendar day | September 2025 to September 2026 |
| Carrier mix: UPS 87%, USPS 13%, FedEx under 1% | Share of shipments by carrier | Shipments per carrier divided by total shipments, from ShipStation | September 2025 to September 2026 |
| Receiving standard: 24 hours | Target time from inbound receipt to available | A standard BLP has set, not a measured result | Current standard |
| Order cutoff: 1:00 PM Central | Latest time an order is picked and shipped the same business day | Warehouse cutoff. The team continues processing until the UPS pickup | Current schedule |
| Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central | Hours the fulfillment center runs | Scheduled warehouse hours | Current schedule |
*Counted from ShipStation order records. Many kitting and bulk program shipments are tracked outside that count, which is why annual package volume runs higher than daily order counts suggest.
