FR Uniform and PPE Programs, Run Through Your Company Store
Flame resistant workwear, safety boots, gloves and head protection from established safety manufacturers. Your EHS team approves the list. Your crews order from one company store, in their own sizes, with your logo wherever the garment allows it.

WHY BLP IS DIFFERENT
Safety gear from one vendor, uniforms from another, branded merchandise from a third.
BLP runs all three through one store.
Your crews keep the gear they already trust. Your safety team keeps control of what is approved. And your people order FR clothing, boots, uniforms and branded merchandise from one company store that Bob Lilly Promotions (BLP) builds and runs for you.
Keep what your crews already trust.
Send the gear list your crews wear today. BLP returns a side-by-side: each item next to the styles we can supply, so nobody is forced into a new catalog to fit a vendor.
One store for everything they wear.
A field employee orders FR coveralls, boots and a company cap in the same place, under the allowances and rules you set. One program to manage, not three.
Your logo, done right, where the garment allows it.
Before quoting a logo on any FR garment, BLP confirms what decoration that manufacturer allows. You approve a mock-up and a factory proof before anything is produced.
Your safety team stays in charge.
You set the protection level. BLP orders items the manufacturer rates to that level and supplies the manufacturer’s documentation. BLP does not test garments or guarantee a manufacturer’s claims.
What FR clothing and PPE does Bob Lilly Promotions supply?

Start with your list
Send us your current list. We send back the match.
Most crews already wear something that works. Send Bob Lilly Promotions the gear list your crews use today, and we return a side-by-side: each item next to the comparable styles we can supply, with the manufacturer’s stated ratings. Pricing comes after you have seen the comparison.
HOW IT WORKS
From your list to gear on your crews, in four steps
Most safety managers already know what works on their sites. Here is exactly what happens between your list and your first delivery.
Send Your List
We start with what your crews wear today.
Send the gear list your crews use now. BLP returns a side-by-side: each item next to the comparable styles we can supply, with the manufacturer’s stated ratings. You mark which matches work and where you want a different option.

Sizes, Quantities and Logo
Decoration is checked before the quote.
Send sizes, quantities and logo details. Before quoting a logo on any FR garment, BLP confirms what decoration that manufacturer allows on it. Decoration is done by the supplier or by BLP’s decorators.
Quote and Sign-Off
Your EHS team has the final word.
BLP sends a quote built to your list. No prices are published. Your EHS team confirms that each item suits your sites before anything is ordered.

Order and Reorder
You approve it before we make it.
Every decorated item gets a digital mock-up and a factory art proof, and nothing is produced until you approve both. Approved items can be added to your company store, so reorders and new-hire gear come from the same list.
How do employees order safety gear through a company store?
Each employee signs in and sees the items approved for their role and location. Your team sets allowances and approval rules once, and the store applies them to every order.
New hires can be outfitted before their first day. Replacements are ordered from the field, in the right size, without a purchase request. Bob Lilly Promotions company stores run on the SellersCommerce platform. See what the store platform can do.
ALREADY A VENDOR
Already a vendor to energy and industrial companies
Bob Lilly Promotions already runs company stores and branded merchandise programs for energy and industrial companies. Safety gear goes through the same team and the same store.
WBENC Certified
Bob Lilly Promotions has been a certified Women’s Business Enterprise since January 31, 2008. See the certification.
Same company, same owners, since 1999.
Twenty-seven years in business under the same ownership. When something needs fixing, you call the people who built your program.
Fulfilled in Texas
Program stock that BLP holds for a client ships from our 25,000 square foot facility in Garland, Texas, run by our own team. Some items ship direct from the supplier that produced them. See the fulfillment center.
FR uniform program or FR uniform rental: which do you need?
A rental service leases garments to you and launders them on a route. A purchase program, which is what Bob Lilly Promotions runs, means your company owns the gear and employees reorder it through a store.
| Rental Service | Purchase Program (BLP) | |
|---|---|---|
| The Garment | Leased, returned when employees leave | Yours, owned by your company or your employees |
| Laundering and Repair | Handled by the provider on a route | Not included. Care follows the garment label |
| Boots, Gloves and Head Protection | Often sourced separately | In the same program |
| Your Logo | Varies by provider | Added where the manufacturer allows it |
| How Ordering Works | Route representative | Company store, by role and size |
| What You Pay For | Recurring service fees | The gear that is ordered |
If you need laundering and repair handled for you, a rental service is the better fit. If you want your crews to own their gear and order everything they wear in one place, a purchase program is.
FR uniform and PPE programs: common questions
Can Bob Lilly Promotions supply FR clothing and PPE with our logo?
Yes. Bob Lilly Promotions supplies flame resistant clothing, safety footwear, gloves, head protection and other PPE from established safety manufacturers. Your logo is added where the manufacturer allows decoration on that item. Every decorated item gets a digital mock-up and a factory art proof before production.
Who decides whether a garment meets our site requirements?
Your EHS or safety team decides. Your team specifies the standard and protection level it requires, such as NFPA 2112, and Bob Lilly Promotions orders items the manufacturer rates to that level and supplies the manufacturer’s documentation. BLP does not test garments independently or guarantee a manufacturer’s claims. Your team signs off before anything is ordered.
Can FR garments be embroidered or decorated?
It depends on the garment and the manufacturer. Each manufacturer sets its own rules for decoration on its FR garments. Bob Lilly Promotions confirms what the manufacturer allows on each garment before quoting a logo on it, so the decoration question is settled before pricing and not after.
Can we keep the brands our crews already wear?
Often, yes. Bob Lilly Promotions supplies FR and safety gear from some of the best-known brands in the industry, currently including Portwest, LAPCO FR, Bulwark FR, Ariat and Radians, through one source and one store. Our lineup changes as our clients’ needs do. If your crews prefer a brand not listed here, tell us, and in most cases we can add it. Put the brands and styles your crews wear today on your list. The side-by-side shows which we can supply as specified and where we would propose a comparable alternative for your safety team to review.
Do you supply boots, gloves and hard hats, or only clothing?
All of them. Bob Lilly Promotions supplies FR clothing, pull-on and lace-up work boots, rubber boots, impact and cut resistant gloves, hard hats, safety helmets, safety eyewear, hi-vis vests and first aid kits. A crew member can be outfitted from head protection to footwear through one program and one store.
Is this a rental program?
No. Bob Lilly Promotions runs purchase programs. Your company or your employees own the gear, and reorders go through a company store. Laundering and repair are not included. If you need garments leased and laundered on a route, a rental service is the better fit.
Does spend with Bob Lilly Promotions count toward supplier diversity goals?
Bob Lilly Promotions has been a WBENC certified Women’s Business Enterprise since January 31, 2008. Whether that spend counts toward your goals depends on your company’s supplier diversity program, so confirm with that team. Certificate details are on the Bob Lilly Promotions WBENC page.
How is pricing handled?
By quote. Pricing depends on your list, quantities, sizes and decoration, so Bob Lilly Promotions does not publish safety gear prices. Send your current gear list, review the side-by-side, and the quote covers only the items your team selects from that comparison.
