Enterprise Capabilities
Enterprise Capabilities & Security: BLP Company Stores
This page exists for one reader: the person who has to approve BLP as a vendor. It states what a BLP enterprise company store does, how payments and data are handled, how orders are fulfilled, and who is accountable after launch. Every claim below is one BLP holds today. Where a capability is a scoped add-on rather than a standard feature, the page says so. Where a figure is dated, the date is shown.
Bob Lilly Promotions has built and managed company stores since 1999 from its own 25,000 square foot fulfillment center in Garland, Texas. BLP is a WBENC-certified Women’s Business Enterprise, certificate #2005109784, continuously certified since January 31, 2008.
The Platform
The platform behind BLP enterprise company stores
BLP has signed a multi-year agreement with SellersCommerce, and BLP company stores are moving to its CommerceEDGE platform. BLP designs, builds, stocks, fulfills and manages each store. SellersCommerce provides the platform. According to SellersCommerce, CommerceEDGE powers more than 3,700 stores for more than 1,500 business customers.
Standard on every BLP store
- Private, branded storefront with login-controlled access.
- Personal catalogs by role, department or location, so each employee sees only what they are eligible to order.
- Budget and allowance controls, points-based rewards, and spending limits by user or group.
- Approval routing in checkout for orders that need a manager or cost-center sign-off.
- Cost-center and multi-entity billing.
- Payment options set per program: credit card, purchase order with net terms, payroll deduction, or allowance.
- Real-time inventory across in-stock and on-demand items.
- Artwork approval inside the store for decorated items.
- Recurring reorders for uniform and replenishment programs.
- Reporting by user, group, location, product and time period, with scheduled administrator reports covering spend, orders and returns.
Program Scale
The size of what BLP runs today
Figures below describe BLP’s company store programs as of September 2026.
- 36 active client stores under management.
- Approximately 85,000 registered users across those stores.
- Approximately 4,445 orders fulfilled through company stores in the last twelve months. Kitting projects are counted separately.
- Largest single deployment: approximately 5,500 employees, for an energy-sector client.
- Largest franchise program: 550 locations, for a restaurant franchise.
- Client retention across the past two years: 94 to 97%. This is a derived figure from client counts, not an audited rate.
- Typical time from kickoff to live store: 60 to 75 days. From signed agreement, approximately 90 days. Those are two different clocks.
Integrations
Integrations, confirmed in writing
BLP scopes integrations to each program rather than shipping them as default features. The capabilities below were confirmed in writing by SellersCommerce on September 22, 2026.
Single sign-on
SAML 2.0, covering Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google, available as a paid add-on and in production on the platform today. Setup is a standard federation handshake: SellersCommerce issues the application metadata, your IT team registers it in your identity provider and returns the IdP details, and both sides validate with a test user before go-live.
HRIS
Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, Paylocity and Rippling, through paid custom development. The typical build is an automated employee sync covering new hires, changes and terminations, which drives account creation, eligibility and allowances on the store.
Business systems
HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Acumatica and Akeneo, as custom integrations subject to scope. Scoping requires the product and edition, whether it is cloud or on premise, confirmed API access and a sandbox, the data to sync and in which direction, the sync frequency, and a technical contact on your side.
PunchOut
cXML and OCI are both supported, and a single account can run both protocols in parallel when different buyers use different procurement systems. Coupa and SAP Ariba connect over cXML. Jaggaer connects over cXML or OCI depending on your setup.
API access for your IT team
Your developers can be issued their own credentials, scoped to your stores. The platform API documentation is public, so your team can review the endpoints before you sign rather than after: the company store API at openapi.b2bprogrammanager.com covers orders, products, employees, shoppers, categories and returns, with connector endpoints for ShipStation, ShipWorks and T-HUB. Postman collections are available per module.
Integration scope, timeline and cost are defined during implementation. BLP will tell you in writing which integrations are in your program before you sign.
Payments and Data
How payments and data are handled
- You choose your own payment processor and hold your own merchant account. BLP has no access to card data and does not store it on its platform or in its accounting systems. Authorize.net and Stripe are supported.
- Employee and order data is used to run your program and is not sold or shared outside the program’s fulfillment chain.
- Store access is permission-based by user and group on the platform side. BLP will complete your vendor security questionnaire and provide the platform’s security documentation on request.
Currently, store data is hosted in the United States, on Microsoft Azure in the Central US region with East US as the secondary recovery region. Retention schedules and platform attestations are provided through the vendor questionnaire process rather than summarized here. BLP publishes only the controls it can evidence.
Controls on BLP’s side
- Role-based, least-privilege administrative access.
- Multi-factor authentication required on every BLP administrative account.
- A documented offboarding procedure for departing staff.
- Daily server and email backups, restore tested annually, under a documented business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
- A completed client security questionnaire already on file, reusable as the starting point for yours.
Fulfillment
Where your orders actually ship from
- Orders ship from BLP’s own 25,000 square foot fulfillment center in Garland, Texas. No third-party 3PL.
- 99.8% pick accuracy across more than 100,000 packages shipped annually, measured at the item-pick level.
- Direct carrier account with UPS, FedEx and USPS.
- International shipping is available. BLP has shipped outside the United States for many client programs. Destination, product eligibility, duties, taxes and delivery terms are set per program.
- Kitting and assembly on site for onboarding kits, event kits and recognition packages.
See our fulfillment center for the full operating picture.
Program Management
Who is accountable after launch
- A named account manager owns your program, standard on every store contract.
- A monthly program review is standard: orders, spend, inventory, open issues and next quarter’s needs.
- Employee support desk, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central, by email and phone. Email is answered within one business day, most the same day.
- Implementation takes approximately 90 days from kickoff to live store, subject to scope, client inputs, inventory decisions and any integration development. BLP provides a written implementation plan with dates at kickoff.
Who Runs This
The company behind the program

Your Vendor File
How to evaluate BLP
Ask for these, and BLP will send them within one business day:
- WBENC certificate and W-9.
- One-page capabilities statement, September 2026.
- Completed vendor security questionnaire. Send yours, or request BLP’s standard responses.
- Certificates of insurance.
- A written integration scope for your program.
- Two client references for company store programs.
What We Do Not Claim
What BLP does not claim
Most vendor pages are written to survive a skim. This one is written to survive a questionnaire, which means being as clear about the boundaries as about the capabilities.
- BLP does not hold a SOC 2 report of its own. Platform attestations belong to SellersCommerce and are provided through the vendor questionnaire process, not summarized here.
- BLP does not publish a storefront uptime percentage. The service level that applies to your program comes from the agreement, in writing, not from a marketing figure.
- WBENC is BLP’s only active third-party certification. BLP does not hold any other diversity certification and does not claim one.
- BLP does not store payment card data, and does not act as the processor. Card handling sits with Authorize.net or Stripe.
- BLP does not issue invoices from the store platform. Invoicing, reconciliation and credit control stay in BLP’s accounting system unless a specific integration is agreed for your program.
- Integrations are scoped per program. Nothing on the integration list above is described as already built for your systems.
If a claim matters to your evaluation and it is not on this page, ask. BLP will answer in writing, including when the answer is no.
