Bob Lilly Jr. is the President and CEO of Bob Lilly Promotions, a promotional products and integrated marketing company headquartered in Garland, Texas, which he co-founded in 1999 with his wife, Julie Traeger-Lilly.

Bob and Julie built the company together from the start, and that partnership still defines how the business is structured today. Julie Traeger-Lilly, the company’s Co-Founder and CFO, is the majority owner, holding 51 percent of the company, which makes Bob Lilly Promotions a majority woman-owned business, WBENC certified as a women’s business enterprise since 2008. From its headquarters at 4002 W Miller Rd. in Garland, the company has grown into an established name in the promotional products industry while remaining family-led.

The Lilly name carries a legacy that predates the company. Bob is the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Bob Lilly, the first draft pick in Dallas Cowboys history. Like his father, Bob is a graduate of Texas Christian University, where he earned a B.S. in Journalism in 1985. That inheritance shows up in the business less as a marketing angle and more as a standard: a name known for showing up, doing the work, and earning trust over time is a name worth protecting, and Bob has spent more than two decades building a company that lives up to it.

Under Bob’s leadership, Bob Lilly Promotions has earned recognition from both business and industry publications.
