Timing
When should we order holiday gifts?
Now. The gifts in our 2026 guide come from dozens of suppliers, and each one sets its own production time. Some ship within a day or two, others take three weeks or more, and popular gifts sell out.
In-stock gifts, no logo: can be ordered as late as 24 to 48 hours before your in-hands date, while stock lasts and depending on where they ship.
Gifts with your logo: timing depends on the product and its supplier. We confirm it when we quote.
Custom kits and packaging: talk to us early. The more custom the box, the more lead time it needs.
Winter weather and carrier volume slow deliveries every December, so the safest plan is to order as soon as you know your list.

It starts with a consultation: who is on the list, what you want to spend per person and when it has to land. We show and quote several options, then narrow them to the best fit.
Brand and pack
Your logo, your box, your note.
We decorate each gift and, when you want the full unboxing moment, design custom boxes, sleeves, tissue and cards to match.
Approve the proofs
Nothing runs until you sign off.
Every order gets a digital mock-up and a factory art proof, checked against your order: colors, logo size and placement, quantities, in-hands date and ship-to addresses. Nothing goes into production until you approve both. Want to hold one first? A pre-production sample is available. It adds cost and a week to 10 business days.
Kit and deliver
Every address, before the date.
Depending on the gift, it is kitted and shipped by one of our preferred suppliers or kitted in our 25,000 square foot facility in Garland, Texas. Either way, we manage every order to your in-hands date.

When should we order corporate holiday gifts?
As soon as you know your list. Gifts in our guide come from many suppliers, each with its own production time, and popular items sell out. In-stock gifts without a logo can be ordered as late as 24 to 48 hours before your in-hands date, depending on where they ship. Decorated gifts and custom kits take longer, and winter weather slows every carrier in December.
What are the best corporate Christmas gifts for clients and employees?
The best ones get used. For clients, think premium drinkware, gourmet gift boxes and leather desk accessories with your logo. Can you ship holiday gifts to employees’ home addresses?
Yes. Send us a list of names and addresses and each gift is packed, labeled and shipped individually, from our facility or direct from the supplier. For one client we built a President’s Club gift kit and shipped it to 350 home addresses with zero missed shipments.
How many gifts do we have to order?
It depends on the gift. Each product has its own minimum, set by the supplier that makes it. Some gifts suit a small team, others only make sense in larger runs. Tell us your headcount and budget, and we will steer you to gifts whose minimums fit.
Can we include a card or note with each gift?
Yes. We can add printed cards, drop tags, belly bands and custom tissue, packed with each gift.
Can employees choose their own gift?
Yes. Our gifting technology platforms let each employee pick a gift from a selection you approve, and we ship every choice to the right address. See how our gifting automation works.
What does a corporate holiday gift cost?
Gifts in our guide start at a few dollars per item and go up to premium retail brands. Your total depends on the gift, quantity, decoration and packaging, and we quote all of it before you commit.
