In-House Fulfillment

Our fulfillment center

Every order BLP ships leaves one building: a 25,000 square foot facility in Garland, Texas that we own and staff ourselves. Company store orders, uniform reorders, onboarding kits, awards shipments. Same building, same team, since 1999.

In-house fulfillment matters to a procurement team for one reason. When something goes wrong with an order, the person who can fix it works for the company you signed the contract with.

One Accountable Partner

Fulfilled from our warehouse. Not a third party’s.

BLP owns its fulfillment operation. There is no third-party logistics provider between us and your employees, and no outside warehouse holding your inventory. One partner owns the program from purchase order to doorstep.

The practical difference shows up on the bad days. When you call about an order, we look it up in our own system and answer you. We are not opening a ticket with a vendor and waiting for them to call us back.

The building sits at our Garland headquarters inside the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, which puts most of the continental United States within two days by ground. The same floor runs our online company stores, employee uniform programs, and custom packaging and kitting.

Our Team

Who works in this building

Bob Lilly Promotions has operated from Garland, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, since 1999 and employs 24 people. Fulfillment is one of our own departments, not a contractor and not a seasonal crew brought in for peak.

That is the part that is hard to copy. A logistics vendor can rent square footage. It takes longer to build a team that has been packing the same clients’ orders for years and knows which items ship together, which sizes run small, and which programs cannot miss a date.

Inside The Building

What in-house fulfillment actually covers

All four of these happen in the Garland building, handled by our own team. Nothing on this list is handed to a subcontractor.

Pick and pack

In-stock program items are picked, packed, and shipped from our own inventory, with no production lead time and no order minimums on stocked goods.

Kitting and assembly

Onboarding kits, event kits, recognition packages, and multi-item gift sets are assembled on site rather than farmed out. Related: custom packaging and kitting.

Inventory management

We hold, count, and report on client-owned and program inventory, with reporting by item, location, and period. Related: online company stores.

Returns and replacements

Wrong size, damaged in transit, or a new hire who never received a kit: handled by the same team that shipped it.
