The Challenge
When Arctic Wolf had to cancel their annual President’s Club trip due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they faced a challenge no event planning checklist had ever prepared them for: how do you replace a trip to Mexico for 350 of your highest performers and still make them feel genuinely celebrated?
The answer couldn’t be generic. It couldn’t be late. And it couldn’t feel like a consolation prize. It had to feel like Arctic Wolf — premium, intentional, and worthy of the people receiving it.
Our Approach
BLP designed a custom multi-tiered recognition box built around a “reveal experience”, each kit containing individual shelves stacked with items to be unveiled across multiple days, timed to align with Arctic Wolf’s virtual celebration event.
Every element was custom-sourced, custom-branded, and curated for maximum impact:
- Custom-designed oversized branded boxes with a signature nesting tray system
- Tumi backpacks and Patagonia pullovers as premium anchor gifts
- Custom bag tags, H2Go water bottles, and a curated cheese and snack set
- Additional exclusive branded merchandise sourced specifically for this program
The concept — including the tiered reveal structure — was developed entirely by BLP’s creative team. Every one of the 350 kits was individually assembled, addressed, and shipped to recipients’ homes nationwide with explicit instructions: do not open until the event date.

All 350 kits arrived on time. Every one.
The custom boxes and upscale branded merchandise were immediately celebrated by recipients, and the program was declared a success by Arctic Wolf’s executive team.
