GARLAND, TX - Bob Lilly Promotions announces the promotion of two long-term employees to its management team. Jesus Rodriguez has taken over the role of Logistics/Programs Finance Manager. CEO, Bob Lilly, Jr. said of Mr. Rodreigez, "He's been a proven performer for the past four years and has excelled at everything he's touched here at BLP. I know our warehouse and logistics operations are in fantastic hands with Jesus."

Katie Hayes, another fourth-year employee with BLP has been elevated to the role of Director of Special Projects. Her roles will include on-boarding new-hires, coordination of outside sales training and BLP's annual end-user showcase among others. Bob Lilly said of Ms. Hayes, "with Katie, you know it will be done on time, on-budget and correctly every time." Katie will maintain her responsibilities as Sr. Account Manager overseeing BLP's largest client, Beacon Roofing.
