Overview:
Though Texas Christian University had a wealth of contact information for its Alumni, it was never able to capture their hearts (or significant gifts) in their annual fund drive. TCU approached the team of Bob Lilly Professional Promotions and New Media Gateway looking for an innovative and affordable way to accomplish this goal.
Solution:
The team of BLPP and NMG developed three interactive campaigns to be e-mailed throughout the school year to the database of TCU Alumni. Each interactive presentation used music, pictures and words to capture the impact TCU has had on its students.
NMG also provided back end programming that allowed TCU to track the success of each email sent as well as donation dollars generated as a result of thier email marketing strategy.
Impact:
The numbers behind the Texas Christian University?s Email Marketing Campaign have been impressive and above expectations. New Media Gateway is set to conduct the final campaign piece shortly.
